The management is ready to do everything to ensure that the head coach is comfortable. Enrique has been described as a modern coach with an excellent work methodology by Jose Francisco Molina, the new technical director of the federation.

The new coach is quite clear and is ready to make good changes. As per Enrique, the team can evolve and players should be given the power. The coach said that he would continue to play along with his team, but there will be variations done to improvise. The main objective of Enrique as a coach is to show more effectiveness when the goal is in front of you. The team has had this shortcoming in recent years and he wishes to change it for the betterment of the team and its nation. Luis Enrique will appoint a psychologist like he did when he coached at club level. This way, the team’s performance will improve as players can seek the help of psychologists.
